Do you make New Year’s Resolutions? Are you ambitious and make them rigorous and quantifiable? Or do you make them wishy-washy and vague so that success is a matter of opinion rather than evidence?

Or do you avoid making of New Year’s resolutions – yet still feel somewhat guilty for not giving some thought to what was (in 2013) and what you hope will be (in 2014)? If so, I encourage you to read this thoughtful piece by Andy Wood at LifeVesting. It’s ‘one’ really great idea!

  1. Lovely spirit here. I hope your year is off to a happy start, Vera. Thank you for shooting hopehonorandhappiness.com over to my Smarts…the Myth of Self-Esteem post. She and I are enjoying the exchange.
