Some songs make me cry whenever I hear them. There are musicals I will watch at least once a year (like The Sound of Music, Les Mis the movie); and then there are YouTube clips that I watch over and over again. This one of Israel “Ike” Kamakawiwo’ole is one of them. A beautiful song hauntingly sung by a beautiful soul. Enjoy!

Don’t you just love watching the reactions? Especially Simon Cowell’s! It’s wonderful to root for “the underdog”. And it’s a good reminder to us that we all have something special to offer, and we should never give up on our dreams.
